Don Steiner, President
Don Steiner founded Profit Recovery Partners (PRP) in 1997 and serves as President. Since the firm’s inception, Don has managed the growth of PRP and served to expand an impressive base of clients which include Fortune 1000 and an assortment of middle market companies. He has built the firm on core values that serve the client first and create a culture of innovation, trust and bottom line results for PRP clients. Prior to starting PRP, Don held sales management and executive positions at FKM Copier Products where he was instrumental in growing revenues during a two year period of time. Earlier, he worked for Canon USA in a variety of sales roles. He holds a BA degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

Marty Bozarth, Chief Operating Officer
Marty Bozarth joined Profit Recovery Partners (PRP) in September 2007 as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for all phases of the firm’s client service delivery. Previously, Marty was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Baird & Warner Holding Company, a Chicago real estate firm. Prior to that, he served as CFO of a number of middle market firms. Earlier, Marty spent seven years at GE Capital and five at Ernst & Young. He holds a BA degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jeremy Linehan, Vice President, Solutions Management
Jeremy Linehan joined Profit Recovery Partners (PRP) in May of 2001 and currently serves as Vice President of Solutions Management. He is responsible for the management and enhancement of client services programs. He has served in numerous positions at PRP including Project Manager and Supervisor, and was selected to lead the firm’s largest department in 2008. During his tenure at PRP, he has been responsible for the creation of renewable client value programs, management of leveraged client spend, and client savings reporting. Prior to joining PRP, Jeremy held sales and marketing positions in the building and construction industry. He holds a BA degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

Teresa Madden, Vice President
Teresa Madden joined Profit Recovery Partners (PRP) in 1998 as Vice President. She was one of the first employees at PRP. Currently she is responsible for supporting the initial client engagement process. Prior she had responsibility for customer operations and managed the customer implementation process. Before joining PRP she worked at Emulex Corporation for 10 years in a variety of facilities and purchasing positions. She holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

Rod Swartwood, Director of Human Resources
Rod Swartwood joined Profit Recovery Partners (PRP) in November 2008 as the Director of Human Resources. He is responsible for Human Capital strategy and management for the firm. Prior to joining PRP, Rod served as the head of Talent Management at First American Corporation. Earlier, he worked in a variety of HR and Talent Management leadership roles for companies such as ProFlowers, Avexus and Upper Deck. He holds a BA degree in Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University, an MA from Murdoch University of Western Australia and an MBA from California State University, San Marcos.

John Wolff, Chief Information Officer
John Wolff joined Profit Recovery Partners (PRP) in 1998 and is currently the Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s information system technology. John has served as the Vice President of the Support Services division for eight years. Prior to PRP, he was the Management Information System Director for an office equipment dealer and earlier as the Application Software Development Manager for a business computer integrator. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from California State University Long Beach.
