Analysts: Our Analysts work with the senior level staff, our clients and their business partners to strategize, implement, and support cost containment programs. The cost reduction process includes: the efficient collection of data, thorough analysis of administrative spending, vendor contract negotiation, facilitating procurement processes, savings program implementation, and monitoring company-wide adherence to savings programs. Requisite Experience & Competencies: A Bachelors Degree is required. A background or studies in business, finance or a related field is recommended, but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be detail-oriented and available for some travel.

Requisite Experience & Competencies: Expert level experience (extensive) in any of our Practice Group areas, Business acumen, Analytical skills. Proficiency in purchasing, cost and pricing and analytical tools.


National Account Manager (NAM): As National Account Manager you would be accountable for all aspects of business development, including prospecting, conducting appointments, recommending solutions, and securing commitments from potential clients. Additionally, the NAM will be responsible for creating and sustaining deep, long-term relationships with clients after the contract is closed. Profit Recovery Partners believes in empowering its team members to achieve the highest performance levels, while offering them unlimited earning potential.

Requisite Experience: Based on the consultative nature of Profit Recovery Partner's business, candidates are required to have experience selling to major or national accounts. Additionally, they should be able to effectively sell to senior executives at the "C-Level." Most Profit Recovery clients are public and privately held companies with over 200 employees and revenues between $100 million and $10 billion.

Managing Consultant: The Managing Consultant takes ultimate responsibility for the success of client projects during the life of the PRP engagement and acts as a trusted advisor to the client. The Managing Consultant is responsible for the matrix management of high performing teams of Supervisors, Analysts, and Category Practice Groups in completing expense area reviews, pricing negotiation, potential savings presentations, and project implementation with the goal of maximizing client savings opportunities and PRP revenue. The Managing Consultant also assists the department head with the strategic planning functions of the department, including but not limited to goal setting, staff planning and budget control / forecasting.

Requisite Experience: Based on the consultative nature of Profit Recovery Partner's business, candidates are required to have a minimum of 8 - 10 years relevant experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment or in corporate operations or management. In addition, ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience leading project teams on relevant business consulting engagements that have resulted in measurable positive change.
